Our Mission
Cleveland Championships 2000 (CC2000) was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in 1996 to foster, support, develop and promote local, national, and international figure skating and, specifically, to sponsor and manage the 2000 US Figure Skating Championships.

Cleveland Championships 2000 is a non-profit organization. Its operations are funded by interest accrued from a trust fund managed by the Cleveland Foundation.
Our Partners
Our alignment with United States Figure Skating Association and Greater Cleveland Council of Figure Skating Clubs is critical to achieving our goals of growing the sport of figure skating in Northeast Ohio. Working with the Cleveland Foundation allows us to focus on the mission, while the Cleveland Foundation stewards our fund and ensures that each dollar multiplies over time to generate returns earmarked for the Cleveland Championships Fund in perpetuity.

About Us
Cleveland Championships 2000 (CC2000) was established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation in 1996 to foster, support, develop and promote local, national, and international figure skating and, specifically, to sponsor and manage the 2000 US Figure Skating Championships.
In subsequent years CC2000 bid to host the 2003 World Figure Skating Championships and several other US Figure Skating Championship years, ultimately securing 2009 US Figure Skating Championships for the City of Cleveland.
